Obviously they each cared so much to help my dog who is ill with DM and has limited use of his back legs. At 97 pounds that isn't easy. The pictures of him resting in the back yard did so much to ease my mind at a very stressful time for me. Pictures of my kitties helped so much. I knew they were being looked after while I was unexpectedly in the hospital.

Ann was the absolute best. This was our first trip away from Dottie and it was 2 weeks long. Ann communicated every day with details and pictures. We looked forward to her update every day. When we arrived home everything was perfect. Dottie came right out and readjusted immediately. I am so happy Ann was our sitter. We know that whenever we go out of town, Dottie will be loved and in great hands.

I can’t say enough about how great this service is. Everyone is so caring and kind. Our cat was well loved and treated with so much care. Ann was our sitter and she was amazing. I’m pretty sure our cat will miss Ann more than she missed us. I am so happy we found SAHPS. It was a huge weight off of our shoulders.

Cara, Melanie, and Stephanie have been a blessing for me with my dogs. I have a senior chocolate lab who can be a bit stubborn as well as shy and sensitive. All 3 have done fantastic with him. They are patient and take time getting him to go up and down the stairs to go out. They observe for any potential issues ie if he slipped going up stairs etc. they understand that he takes a little more TLC with his age, which gives me some peace of mind having to work 12 hour shifts.

The service has been very good on getting back to me in a timely manner if I have any questions or concerns. I love that they have the sitters send pictures during their visit, it is always reassuring to actually see the fur kids. I like that they make an effort to send the same Sitter that knows your dogs, which not only makes the dogs feel more comfortable, but allows the sitter to form trust and a friendly relationship with my fur kids,which further comforts them seeing a familiar face.

Melanie was a fantastic sitter, she updated us daily while checking on our guinea pigs and communicated any concerns expediently. She also put in a lot of effort in trying to engage with our guinea pigs and to make sure they were well taken care of during our absence.

Melanie(primary sitter)is very attentive and pays special attention to their behavior, physically and spiritually, especially with my senior dog who she knows,I worry to death about lol. She gives great suggestions and goes above and beyond to care for them. I feel very blessed to have her as one of my sitters. Cara is also amazing and as well pays special attention to my fur kids which means the world to me.

They are very speedy with communication which is a priority with me. They try their best to give me the same sitters who know my dogs. Their follow up for questions and any possible issues is excellent. I think sending pictures with each visit of my fur kids is amazing. Stephanie handled the first few days of our vacation as well as the final day and she was just phenomenal overall in every aspect! Stephanie was a very effective communicator with every update and she captured some super cute photos and videos of our kitties which really made my kids day while we were on the trip. I could see that the kitties had a lot of fun playing with her and the toys too! You can definitely tell Stephanie has a passion for caring for animals, and that she really loved our two kitties as much as they loved having her there as well! Lee was really awesome too! He handled the middle days of our trip and you can tell the cats adored him as well! Lee sent very detailed updates, and both he and Stephanie had to clean up a few messes that the kitties had made, and they both were polite and professional about everything and assured me that all was well which I really appreciated! Lee sent some sweet photos and videos as well and was great with communication regarding the visits. You can tell the cats had a lot of fun playing with him and the toys too! I would definitely enjoy getting the chance to work with both Stephanie and Lee again if awarded the opportunity during future bookings!

Since Melanie and Cara have taken care of my fur kids a lot, they notice the little things and that mean a lot, like when one of them are afraid to go up the stairs or maybe straining to go to the bathroom and they make sure I know about it,which means the world to me because I know they care and are paying attention. They also do nice little things like playing ball with them and tug with their toys. You can see in the pictures ,the looks on their faces that they really enjoy their sitters.

I like that since I consistently use their service due to my work schedule and long shifts,that they try to send the same dog sitters so they get to know my dogs. They are also very good about keeping me up-to-date on things through messaging and when I have a question, they immediately get back with me, which is really nice for a service to do.
