  • Oat or coconut milk

Blueberry Banana Yogurt Bites
1. Blueberry Banana Yogurt Bites

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
  3. Freeze for 1–2 hours until solid.
  4. Pop out and serve outside (they can get messy!)
Peanut Butter Pumpkin Pupsicles

2. Peanut Butter Pumpkin Pupsicles

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 small banana
  • ½ cup plain yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1–2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything until creamy.
  2. Spoon into molds or paper cups.
  3. Insert a dog biscuit “stick” if you like.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours, then serve.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup seedless watermelon
  • ½ apple (cored, no seeds)
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions:

  1. Puree fruit and water together.
  2. Pour into ice cube trays.
  3. Freeze until solid.
  4. Give as a refreshing snack.

Tips for Success

  • Use silicone molds or ice cube trays for easy removal.
  • Store treats in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 2 months.
