All of the sitters we have had provide feedback about what they did and how our animals are and provide mail and trash assistance so it doesn't appear like no one is home.

As always, detailed summary of visits and gave me a heads up about neighbors roofing nails in the driveway that she cleaned up and finding the front door unlocked. (Probably after my daughter had stopped in). The house was neat, the cats food, water and litter areas clean and so nice to come home to. The best! Communication is professional yet friendly, I am completely comfortable with opening my home to the caretakers. Peace of mind while away is so comforting and makes being away stress free.

Our sitters were so great with Taco and Lobster and very responsive to any questions/updates. Our cats obviously loved them and it gave us peace of mind while being away. The most important thing was keeping our cats safe, but they also kept our house neat and tidy. Our sitters were so responsive to messages and sent us helpful updates every single visit. Megan is a fantastic sitter. She consistently takes great care of both of my dogs, one young and one old. She reads their signals and understands what each dog needs in various situations. This was our first time using any type of service to come take care of our girls, to say we were so very happy with every step of the process is an understatement. Both girls were great, the feedback given to us how the girls were doing daily, along with them calling themselves the paparazzi had me laughing so very hard. The hard decision of having to leave our girls with strangers was quickly proved to be a great decision just based on the love the sitters gave the girls.This service has been hands down the BEST! No taking the girls in the car, where they lose their minds (they hate the car & vet) the attention to detail from both sitters was just outstanding, I felt like they cared about my girls like I do and in addition opening the blinds in the morning and closing them in the afternoon was also a huge help to us (and keeping the house cool from the sun) I just can't say enough great words about these sitters. Oh, plus they got my mail and packages daily.. bonus on bonus.

Karen helped a lot by letting my little kitty know she wasn't forgotten about while I was gone. Easier and less stress on my kitty than taking her to a place to board her for a few days.

They take time to tell me things that could be of concern ie. abnormal stool, the mood of my dogs' eating habits, etc. it shows me that they really are watching them and paying attention to them and that they care. And I can tell by the expression on my dogs, when they send me the pictures, that they enjoy their visits. The pictures really give me peace of mind in New York City. They are very good at scheduling me right away for sitters, so I don't have to worry with my work schedule since I must work 12 hour shifts. They also get back with me very quickly when I communicate through the website. And they demonstrate great empathy and compassion where needed. It's a great service!!!

Leisa went above and beyond while taking care of our stupid cat. Not only did she provide fresh food & water each day, she also took care of the litter box and cleaned up Kitty's messes. Leisa also sent great updates and photos each day! Beyond all of that, without being asked, she took our trash & recycling to the curb which was a huge help because I had forgotten to the prior week and the next week is a holiday.. So having the trash & recycling out, and empty cans back in, was a big, big plus! SAHPS has helped us through 2 generations of pets. They took great care of our aging dogs by staying in our home with them. That was much better than having to board them at that stage of life. We look forward to our next generation of dogs settling down a bit and having SAHPS stay with them. In the meantime, SAHPS has been great with our angry little cat.

Megan is very good about communicating how my dogs are doing and she helps me understand how they respond during their interactions. If I leave a note, she always reads and responds appropriately (for example, updates on Copper's BM consistency). I appreciate the photos and detailed communications about each visit. I feel very comfortable knowing that my dogs are getting the attention and interaction they need while I am at work, in addition to potty breaks!

The sitters not only took care of my cats basis needs they also helped with the mail and trash which made being away easier.

I loved that there was a mix of play and just chilling with my cat to keep him fulfilled in my absence. They also kept my apartment relatively neat for when I returned.

Alaina, Caitlyn, and Jordyn all came for the pre-visit, and it was very reassuring to be able to show them around and review the daily routines. While we were out of town, I believe it was Alaina and Caitlyn that did the morning and evening visits. They always notified us when they arrived, gave a brief report of what was needed, and sent a photo or two. Alaina even brought the trash can in from the street, which I hadn't even asked the group to do. Our bearded dragon is a pretty mellow guy, but a little on the unusual side. It was such a comfort to know the team was familiar with reptiles and that he was so well cared for.

From the time I contacted SAHPS by phone until we got home, everyone was so helpful and responsive. My return flight was delayed and I sent a last-minute message asking if anyone was available for an additional visit. The manager, Sarah, asked around and nobody was. It ended up being fine, and I was not as late as I was afraid I'd be, but I truly appreciated the effort.

The video Alaina sent me last night was especially heartwarming, because I was worried there might be a problem for people getting into my place for the fur kids because of the weather. Abby does a great job of keeping us updated daily, even when communication is difficult (recent trip to Galapagos with limited communication). That has given us peace of mind to travel.

We have one cat in particular that is, I would say, in her last year of life and has accidents outside the box and just needs extra love. I always receive very prompt communication. I always have peace of mind when we go out of town with all of the sitters we've had. I also appreciated one time when my cat had a medical emergency just prior to us going on vacation, and one of the sitters, Marissa, took the extra step to come by before we left to make sure she understood clearly how to give my cat his inhaler. I really appreciated that and it put me at ease.

Katie gave detailed info on the cats, how they were feeling, and how she cared for them. She even brought in our package. We love the photos and her communications. We're so appreciate the care Katie gives!

Loved the communication and that they clearly cared for Buster. I really liked being able to see on the map where they walked him. I also really appreciate them using the gentle leader with Buster as that is is primary walking tool vs attaching to a collar.

Fantastic first experience. Allowed my wife and I to travel and not worry about Buster but still stay in touch. Looking forward to more stays.

They were very good about keeping me informed with Gracie's behaviors and took videos when she developed an issue with her hind leg . They followed up with Gracie's vet and took her in for a check ... very reassuring to me to know she was getting such good care .

Angela did a great job of communicating with me and taking Gracie to the vet . She provided excellent service and it was a great comfort to me to know that she was her sitter and visiting Gracie throughout the day and taking care of all her needs . She even went to the store to get more treats for Gracie!

We have had Julianna stay with the pups previously and appreciate her so much -- her communication, timely visits in conjunction to our pups' needs, the great pictures she includes are all fantastic.
